How do I activate my membership?
Membership is only activated upon completion of the application form.

Acceptance of membership
Our Loyalty Club Manager will acknowledge your application via email. Our acknowledgement of this constitutes legal acceptance, at which point a binding contract of sale has been concluded. We reserve the right to refuse any order/application at our discretion. No wine will be sold to anyone under the age of 18 years.

What is the commitment?
By joining, you commit to receiving our scheduled bi-annual shipments (12 bottles in June and 12 bottles in November).

How does ordering work in June and November?
During June and November we will email you a suggested selection of 12 bottles of wine. You can accept our suggested selection or you may change your order to anything else you prefer. Your wine club benefits are also applicable during all other months of ordering.

Who can join the Loyalty Club?
The Kunjani Loyalty Club membership is available to South African residents only.

How do I cancel my membership?
Membership can be cancelled in writing at any time by sending an email to our Kunjani Loyalty Club Manager. Cancellation will result in termination of your membership and all associated benefits.

How do I cancel an order?
An order is considered cancelled once you have notified us and we have communicated to you confirmation of receipt of your cancellation notice. Cancellation of in-stock items is only possible if the stock has not left our premises. If an order has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel your order. What are the wine prices & availability?
Kunjani Wines reserves the right to vary prices at any time, without notice. All wines are subject to availability. See our wines.

How secure is my credit card details?
We understand the importance of privacy and security. We are committed to protecting the information we collect from you and confirm that it will only be used for purposes of processing your order and providing you with the services you request from us.

How do payments work?
Payments will only be accepted via Visa and MasterCard or EFT’s.

What is the delivery cost?
Delivery is FREE for South African residents for all orders of 12+ bottles.

When will I receive my wines?
Orders will be delivered within 48 – 96 hours of receiving your proof of payment, which should be emailed to club@kunjaniwines.co.za. Delivery will be made to the address you supplied on your application form. All deliveries made in South Africa will be by road freight directly to your nominated delivery address. All goods must be signed for on delivery. If no one is available at the nominated address when the delivery is attempted, the goods will be retained by the courier, in which case notification of the attempted delivery will be given. Should the wine order be returned to Kunjani, any further delivery attempts will be at your cost.

Is the wine insured when in transit?
Products are insured to the point of delivery.

How do returns and refunds work?
Kunjani Wines aims to ensure the quality of all products supplied. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order and the quality of our products, please contact our Loyalty Club Manager on +27 87 630 0409 or email and return the items with the original closures (corks / screw tops) and packaging within fourteen (14) days of delivery of your order. If we find that the items were faulty in any respect when delivered to you, we will refund you the price of the items within thirty (30) days of our receipt of the returned items. You will be deemed to have accepted the order should you not return the products within the fourteen (14) day period.
